Innovative Management Concepts, Inc. (IMC), a Systems Engineering and Information Technology company, was founded in 1989. A major expansion of the company began in 1995 with the addition of contracts from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Since then, IMC has continued to grow, providing solutions to departments and

agencies in government and the civilian sector. Key to IMC's growth has been the company's emphasis on innovation and performance.

Today, IMC has almost 50 employees and is a vibrant service-disabled, veteran-owned small business. The company is headquartered in Dulles , Virginia , and has a large satellite office in Charlottesville , Virginia . To better serve our customers, IMC employs geographically separated experts in Newport News and Rosslyn , Virginia , and in Orlando , Florida .

From its small beginnings, IMC has grown to provide expertise in systems engineering and information technology, VV&A, organizational communications, training systems, defense architectures, help desks, and administrative support.
